My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our kitchen/house remodel designed by Cabinet Genies and implemented by Lighthouse Building and Remodeling Inc. We met with Nate of CG in February 2019. We provided pictures of our “old” kitchen and made an appointment for him to come to our house when we were available in March. Nate was very familiar with the popular 1980’s L-shaped footprint of our home. We told him of our wish for a totally open floorplan. Within two weeks he provided us with his design that involved the removal of three walls. When we saw his vision, we were “sold”. While we selected our cabinetry, hardware, sinks and fixtures directly from Cabinet Genies, Nate provided us with his preferred contacts for granite, flooring and appliances. His projected budget set certain limits as far as granite grade, price per sq ft. flooring and appliance quality. Happily we were able to stay within our budget.

Working with Nate at Cabinet Genies was a positive experience. He walked us through the process of designing our kitchen. He answered questions, provided options and suggestions. He responded quickly to text messages ,phone calls and provided information for products. I would absolutely recommend Cabinet Genies for all of your cabinet needs, whether new builds or remodels!! They are a great family owned business in Cape Coral.

Fabulous experience. All of the staff were so impressive with their knowledge and professionalism. Our kitchen remodel came with many issues to be resolved and they were all handled beautifully by all means if you have any bathroom or kitchen remodel choose cabinet genies.

Academy did an outstanding job on our kitchen cabinets. We went with their basic cabinets and the quality was exceptional for this level of cabinets. No particle board, plywood boxes, soft close drawers, and dovetail joinery. There was a good variety of styles available as well. The granite counter tops were very thick with various colours to choose from. Their company arranges for everything involved in the process from plumbing to electrical to demolition. They tell you up front what the project will cost and stick to the price. Another nice thing was that they allow you to do work you may have the knowledge to perform and will subtract it from the price. Joseph the cabinet installer was very meticulous and top notch. Dan the granite guy took perfect measurements and did a superb job on the install. Both guys were polite, friendly, and willing to answer questions. I highly recommend Academy cabinets and I'm very happy with the end results.

I could not expect anymore from a bathroom remodel. Mary and the entire support staff were amazing. Our project included the removal of a bathtub to build out a modern standup shower with custom glass doors and replacement of the builders countertops, all in the guest bedroom. As all projects go ,there were some small delays. However, Mary and the project manager were communicating throughout the entire project and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The demo and rebuild were clean and efficient. Everyone involved was professional and did exactly what they promised. If you are taking on a remodel project and you want to sleep well knowing it going to be done right and on schedule and budget, I’d recommend Academy.

Such a great company. Their showroom is beautiful as well and gives lots of ideas. They have material on hand to show you what you’re getting, which is important. After dealing with another company which continually let us down, Academy Kitchen had given us such a positive experience. Mary is very professional and keeps you updated along the way, which was very much appreciated. I would recommend.
