ULTIMATE HOMES & COOLING & ELECTRICAL REVIEWS

They replaced our breaker box about a year ago to include a main disconnect & generator hook up. They were prompt, on time and very professional and reasonably priced. When we had another electrical issue (unrelated to the breaker box) I called them. Very quick response and very professional service electrician. He found the issue with an open neutral wire and repaired in minimal time. Tristan is a young professional with more years of service beyond his age. He is good, polite & very knowledgeable.

Rodney and his team are top notch! Professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After looking for a serious company for a while we found Ultimate Homes and couldn’t be happier. They take care of all our electrical and AC needs, always available to get the work done on time and professionally. Call them!

Mike came for simple maintenance but still explained in detail how they handle service calls even routine stuff like this. Checked everything very thoroughly and carefully. Really appreciate the care taken. He explained a few other services they offer and will be calling them in the future. Great first impression.

This is my second follow up review for Mr. Cool Air. After having a wonderful tech Brandon come out and diagnose everything, he and Drew returned promptly within a few days and performed the work perfectly. This company has extremely hard working/ smart guys working for them. We encountered some issues that weren’t allowing us to go with the original plan and they worked out a different way to do it and made it happen. I’ll always call Mr. Cool for all my ac needs.

Great group of people Zachary and Mark where great, got here on time got to work right away got the old system out quick glad to see that junk go. Took their time installing new unit making sure everything was installed properly. House is cooling down after a week with no AC. Thank you again.

Tech showed up on time. Worked around the crew putting my new roof on my home. He was pleasant and thorough. I had forgotten. I had already paid for the service call. When I asked how much, he was honest and reminded me that it was already paid for. It was something I appreciated. All in all a good experience.

We had a problem with our heating system. A technician was sent out to our house within two hours. Joey throughly checked the system to see if it was safe to use. He checked everything including the ductwork in the attic. There was a very reasonable service charge. Recommendations for tuning up the system and replacing the heater coils were recommended.

Elevate Home Services truly came through!! I was very impressed with the work accomplished with my AC problem. Your employee, Danny Daniels did an amazing job in getting my AC going again. I signed up to your membership club,(no pressure from Danny), he juat explained it to me, and it seemed like a great deal. Thank you for responding so quickly. Much appreciated.
