I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CUBESMART LOCATION!! My fiance and I live in MN and we bought a home in FL. We couldn't deliver to the house during the closing process. I wanted to ensure the furniture got delivered ON TIME since we only had a 2 week time frame to furnish the property. Nick and Julie... Seriously, THE BEST people I've worked with in this entire cross-country move. They were always available to answer questions, had quick responses to emails, very polite, and went above and beyond my expectations! Both were super fun to talk to when we finally met. I will 1000% use this location again when the situation arises. They rocked -- we couldn't have completed our move so easily without these two!
Shout out to Julie! We were at Orlando when we received a phone call at 4pm from our moving company that our house hold shipment arrive two days earlier than the original scheduled (Closing day the day after the new delivery date). One phone call to Julie, our storage problem solved. She is awesome, very helpful and patient. Highly recommended this cube smart storage.
Julie, the manager was very professional, provided a smooth transition into our new 10'X10' storage unit. Julie and her staff were very accomodating throughout the transition from our prior storage unit which was compromised from Hurricane Ian. Had to get a second unit last minute, turned out we had way more stuff than originally planned. Donnie helped us get another unit in no time at all even with almost all the units being full. He was very kind and professional the whole time. The units are very nice and clean, and all the staff are exceptional. Highly recommend iStorage on Chiquita.
This is absolutely the best storage rental you will find in Cape Coral. Their rates are competitive and the units are clean and easily accessible. The staff is awesome. Donny is the friendliest person you will meet and the rest of the staff is as friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Please do yourself a favor and check them out.
Donny and his staff at the 3300 Chiquita location in Cape Coral was terrific and took care of us. We didn't have the smoothest of moves, but no issues with I-storage and the service we received from Donny and his team. I would recommend this location to anyone.
