My Mom has been using a Windows 7 laptop. It's a decade past the end of mainstream support. It finally died, just as she was trying to prep her taxes. She found Silicon Solutions through a neighbor. They exceeded expectations!!! They sold her a replacement laptop at a reasonable price. They recovered all the data from the old laptop and moved it over. Then they installed a program that made the new Windows 11 machine mimic Windows 7. In addition, they were able to get her older Quicken software working on the new laptop. All this was done quickly. The peace of mind this gave my mom was priceless. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The keyboard went out on my MacBook Pro. Apple gave me the run around and offered to fix it for the price of a replacement laptop. Jacob was amazing. Attempted to fix the keyboard a few times before ordering parts, kept me updated about everything that needed to be done. There were no surprises about pricing and he was able to get it fixed in less than 24 hours of the part arriving. I highly recommend them.

So i’m taking a college course and the final exam is to basically have a computer built, I was facing issues with the and they helped lead me the right way and provided me with much needed components. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Would most definitely recommend going there for your technical needs.

Had a very alarming issue with my gaming pc they were able to quickly and thoroughly sort out. The young man at the desk was very helpful, explained the issues, and recommended a range of cost effective solutions. He also explained the repairs on pickup. They were able to order and replace the liquid cpu cooler in a timely manner. They were able to correct an issue where the original had been installed incorrectly as well! In the end I got my pc back better than it was before it broke. I would recommend them to family and friends. Bonus the store itself is very cool inside with lots to look at.

Had an incredible experience at this location. Best computer repair service I’ve ever received. Was able to walk right up to the counter and was serviced immediately. Didn’t have to wait days to get my computer back. The technician figured out the problem replaced the component and sent me off with my now working computer. Will never get computer services anywhere else in Columbia.

The team there is exceptional! Their communication to me was great. They were able to fix our business computer and save all of the information that was stored. 13 years worth! I highly recommend their services.
