3 Best HVAC Services in Columbia, SC

I’ve been a longtime customer of Love’s and I was sad to hear they sold their business. I hope that Cassell Brothers will reconsider their decision to only honor the monthly subscription terms from Love’s for 1 year. HOWEVER— my first interaction with Cassell Brothers was amazing because of CJ, who was kind, professional, efficient, and accommodating. CJ went above and beyond to ensure my HVAC maintenance and recommendations were done with the highest quality of care. He was very understanding about my dogs, children who were home, and my busy work from home schedule. Sincerely, this company is blessed to have CJ on their team!

My HVAC maintenance inspection by CJ was excellent on 6/9/2025! He was professional and explained the status of my unit and why it was not cooling properly. Suggestion- bring back breakfast on Thursday for the Technicians.

Great service is hard to come by these days. I think everyone has some type of horror story However, Michael Clay was the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable plumber that we’ve seen In a while. Not only was he timely…He listened to our concerns, explained how he came to his conclusions, addressed the issues, and tested his work to ensure all remediation was complete. He was very thorough. We were impressed with all of his work and how his customer service was. We would recommend Love Plumbing service to everybody we know because our experience was that great! We definitely will be repeat customers because of Mr. Clay.

Chris and Hayden are simply the best! They spent three days tackling a truly challenging plumbing job at our home and did so with incredible good humor, persistence, and reliability. My service tech David always does a very thorough job each time he services my home. He. Greets me with a smile and we always take a few minutes to catch up before he performs his task. I appreciate all the details he brings when there is a lot of things to cover. The email/ pictures of all of the work completed is an added bonus. I have experienced some not so good service but David and Love plumbing is top notch.
