We were able to schedule a technician to come out within a day. Robert, the technician, was detailed, thorough, easy to talk to and very honest. He told us exactly how much it would cost to replace our A/C unit with the different models, obtained the information about 0% financing. We were able to make a well-informed decision. Two days later, Jordan & Chris came out & took out the old unit and installed the new unit. They were very nice, did their work, didn’t complain despite extreme heat working in the attic. They worked through lunch to get the job done. Everyone has been great and the process has been seamless! Highly recommend 2nd Day Air.

The tech Israel was amazing. He was polite and very thorough. He took pictures of all the AC parts and the readings. He took the time to show us the pictures and explain what was happening. Our AC units were cleaned and parts replaced all in the same visit. Thank you.

Zach and Mackenzie were great. Not only did they arrive 2 hours earlier than expected they finished the job 5 hours earlier than I thought. It took them 3 hours to install an entire system, air handler and outdoor unit, plus a new line that had to be replaced since it was outdated. The initial inspector Matt and Zach and Mackenzie were upfront and gave me loads of information that helped me understand the position I was left in by the previous owners of the house. To make things better , that day was the World Cup opener; I had planned a gathering and almost called it off but they were able to get things completed in time for such a special event. Brian was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. We are new homeowners and to be able to have a working washer from one day to the next was necessary! Also did inspection to make sure everything else was good which was awesome! Will definitely be calling Call Dad again when needed.
