3 Best Garage Door Repair in Columbia, SC

I have two garages doors installed by Bilt Rite during new construction almost 10 years ago. One door recently developed an issue and I called Bilt Rite to diagnose and resolve it. They sent Alex out the next day to assess the issue and he also inspected my other garage door. He made recommendations on how to resolve my door issue and suggested maintenance for the other door which is used extensively. Alex was back this week with all the necessary parts to fix one door and service the other. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. He clearly had a process for getting the job done; very organized, thorough and inspected all of his work upon completion. I very rarely post a Google review as my expectations of people are high, but Alex exceeded those expectations. He did a great job. Several years ago, I called Bilt Rite Overhead Garage Doors to repair my garage door. They told me that the repair would not last forever and eventually I would have to replace it. I applaud your customer service and transparency. That’s why when it was time for me to replace my door, about 2 weeks ago, I called them again. And, needless to say, I was not disappointed. Thank you, Ian Booker, for being the epitome of great customer service. Ian has a very pleasant demeanor and was very professional. He explained the complete process to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even offered to staple my wires into the ceiling so they wouldn’t hang. I love my new garage door!!!.

I needed a garage door assembly but after some major issues with a big box store I decided to buy locally. After much research I decided to go with bilt rite overhead garage doors in Columbia.
