EXTRA SPACE STORAGE COLUMBIA SC REVIEWS

I visited needing information for a future plan when I will be needing storage. I spoke with Kelly, who went above and beyond answering my questions, showing me the units so I could know the size needed, answered all my questions and was so kind, I really knew nothing about storage arrangements. I will most certainly be using this company. They have several locations near me. This visit put my questions to rest and I know where I will go when the service is needed.

John (Store Manager) reached out to me after I inquired about the unit online. He was awesome, very informative, kind, personable! I am relocating to the area and he was able to set everything up over the phone. Definitely gave me a peace of mind before arriving! Will be recommending!.

John offers great customer service. We have rented and referred family and friends and everything has been great! Would highly reccomend.

STORE SPACE SELF STORAGE REVIEWS

I stopped in the office to get prices and check out sizes I need for when I move the end of February and Maria was very helpful, answered every question I had and she is very friendly and joyful. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing.. she walked me to all the unit sizes I wanted to see. We chatted for a bit and she has positive energy.. when I walked in the office it had a warm comfortable home vibe. When I’m ready I will truly come back to store with Maria.. thank you so much for everything and all the laughs we had. I will truly recommend this facility. And loved the tree.

I had a wonderful experience with Store Space Self Storage. The facility is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. DEVON SELF STORAGE COLUMBIA, SC REVIEWS

Greg gets 10000 stars. The companies that last will be the ones that understand customer service is a major part of their profit portfolio. I appreciated Greg giving me a call back after reserving to ask if I had any other questions, he was friendly, professional, polite and helpful, informative and respected my limited lunch break time slot to get everything done.

This storage facility is well maintained by a staff of courteous, caring and patient family members. They took there time explaining all of the details of their facility to my 91 year old friend and walked her through how to access her unit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Chad & Greg were great! They walked me through every step and guided me every step of the way and got me the best rate possible!.
