Oliver was fantastic and very quick! He’s very informative about explaining what was happening and suggestions on what we should do. Very grateful and his coworker was amazing also! They make a great team! I was shocked what was in our toilet line as we had just bought the home- most all this was preventable and we are consulting our agent rn. Thankfully, Oliver provided photos and written details of the issues!

I had Oliver and Johnny come out to fix a line that had been clogged between my washing machine and dishwasher. They did an efficient job and were very thorough. They even fixed a pipe under my sink that had been loose. They were professional and friendly, and I would definitely call them again for any future issues. :)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I Had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut off water to my house. Kay Plumbing came out next morning to assess the job. Colt was very upfront and quickly advised me of the problem. He had it fixed in less than an hour he was finished and gone. I was so impressed by Colt's professionalism and timeliness, I asked to change another hose bib and pump underneath the house. He came next day and quickly completed the work. I am in the home services business also (Premiere Roofing) and it's nice to see fantastic service from the other side! Well done Kay! You have a customer for life! Update: I just used Kay again and Vio & Jared came to install a rough shower, drain, and all new lines for my bathroom remodel. Very professional, on-time, and knocked it out in one day! From the initial contact with the office staff...the interaction was professional, courteous, compassionate and prompt. Colt was the plumber sent out. He was very detailed and professional; quickly found the issue and repaired it. The prices are affordable, definitely not excessive. They tell you prices upfront like before they come out and after they find the problem before they make the repair. The company says they provide honest fair pricing and they do. Also, they didn't ask me to give them a good review (like most companies do these days) or tell me a survey was coming. So this is my honest feedback.
