For the third time in about ten years DNA has rescued a dead PC for our small business Their service and pricing are excellent and they are extremely patient in explaining problems and providing options for solutions. If you have computer repair or setup needs, consider using this group.

Mark was all around wonderful! He was patient with me as a UD student who does not know much about computers. He was very informative and fixed my computer quickly and for half the price of anywhere else! Highly recommend.

Awesome experience with DNA Computers! They diagnosed my Galaxy tablet and quickly repaired it. They're kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. I'll definitely use them in the future.

My mom fell for a scam (haven’t we all..) and had malware on her computer. Her bank suggested she go to Digital Cowboys. There was pornography coming up and she was quite flustered. The gentleman at Digital Cowboys immediately put her mind to rest letting her know he could restore her computer and double checked to be sure the computer was free of the virus. I am so appreciative of his service and will recommend Digital Cowboy for any computer services.

I have used Digital Cowboy for years and they have always helped me. On this latest visit, a new person waited on me, very unfriendly, and bluntly told me they did not work on tablets. Joey, my favorite guy, heard this and came over right away. (Turns out this was Mr. Grumpy's last day there.) Joey is still trying to fix my tablet. That's why I love this place. He's the best.

After two weeks off for knee replacement, I try to return to work to discover my laptop acting up. Joey at Digital Cowboy had me up and running quickly. Thanks for the prompt service.

First I had problems with my printers not working. Kyle fixed them. I discussed getting a new computer. We looked online at HP. I bought one. It finally arrived. Today Kyle imaged my old Windows 10 computer and installed it on my new one. He then downloaded Windows 11. Kyle is very professional and knowledgeable with computers. Very happy.

I called on a Saturday, fully expecting to leave a message. Kyle answered the phone promptly and we made arrangements for him to help me with retrieving the data from my old (almost 20yo) laptops. I dropped the computers off to him on Sunday and they were ready to go by Monday morning. Very fast and efficient. He was very clear about the costs and he's worth every penny. Will recommend to everyone needing this service. I would leave more stars if I could. Thanks so much, Kyle.

Had not even had my laptop for a year before it crashed and gave me the “boot device not found” screen. Called Kyle and left a message with my issue. Received a call back within the hour, he gave me the rate for service, and I had my laptop at his place same day. Texted me that evening with what he had found/what needed to be done and the price. He had it fixed and read to pick up the next day. Highly recommend him as the whole process was extremely easy and at a price no one else could match. Will def be using him for any future issues I may have.
