Ethan with Roto-Rooter was spectacular. He arrived quickly, was so knowledgeable and helpful, and had a friendly demeanor. He explained the problems, and then asked about other parts of my house, asked if I had any other issues or problems numerous times. I was able to show him other things in the house, ask questions, and he was so patient and informative in responding. He came out for a sink issue initially, but also addressed the septic tank, taught me about other leaks, discussed caulking, etc. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future!

Tim was great. He was thorough and quick to diagnose the problem. Was able to get the issue fixed quickly the same day. He even provided preventive maintenance options for my drain issue. Even thought he was about to get off work he came to my house to fix the drains first. Very satisfied with the speed, Efficiency, Timeliness in solving my problem. Will definitely call again.

Tim was great! He got to our house at 1130pm. Despite the late hour, he was professional and in good humor. He finished up pretty quickly and offered us preventative advice! I’d definitely use them again!

From the moment he arrived, Matt's pleasant demeanor put me at ease; he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. What really stood out was his impressive knowledge of plumbing codes—he explained how my issue needed to be addressed to meet local regulations, breaking it down in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling condescending. His craftsmanship was top-notch, too; he worked efficiently and left everything spotless, with a repair that looks built to last. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and a great attitude so seamlessly. If you need a plumber, Korrect is the one to call!

Company responded quickly to a weekend emergency involving our drains, house drain, and septic system. Patrick was the plumber on call. He was very professional, diagnosed the issue, fixed. Obviously well trained and experienced. He had all the high tech equipment to get the job done right. Definitely recommend.

After calling numerous companies we happen to dial yours and you were here in a hour and half on a holiday weekend. Definitely extra kudos for explaining everything and answering all my questions. This guy rocks!!

Jacob came out to work on our water heater today. There was a bigger issue than just the pilot light not igniting. He explained the issue and he fixed it to where we will at least have hot water until it’s taken care of. He was very nice and worked quickly. We will definitely use the company again.
