Watkins Heating and Cooling was one of 4 companies I contacted to bid on installing an entire system in a house we were rehabbing (130 years old). From my first interaction until the system was up and running Watkins amazed me. Of the companies I contacted Watkins was one of two that even came out. The other company that came out simply told me I was "too early in the process" and indicated I should "call back when I get further along". My Watkins sales representative, Jim, was thorough, communicative, and engaged throughout the entire process. He didn't sell the system and hand me off. He took a LOT of time to discuss what we wanted and make sure we got exactly the system we wanted. Furthermore, he responded almost immediately whenever I called or texted him. He should be teaching classes in how to be a great sales representative. I'll add one additional note. When we started the system up it worked great and I was happy. However, as they were dialing things in and taking measurements they noticed that the system pressure was higher than it should have been. They immediately adjusted the duct size on the returns. They TOOK OUT the smaller duct and REINSTALLED the larger duct of their own accord to make sure.

Great experience. Easy to contact and communicate with. Able to come out the very next day after requesting a bathroom exhaust fan install! Very fair prices. Techs were very pleasant and efficient. Quality of work is excellent, and they were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. After 3 big companies declined the job, we were thrilled with our experience with Watkins and will call them for any hvac needs in the future.

We will only use Watkins after 3 experiences with them in the past couple of years - 2 of which were this week for two separate services. They have all been honest, polite, and thorough. It’s obvious that leadership prioritizes these values and conveys the same to their employees. We trust that they will provide us with only the service we need and nothing.

From the moment my phone call to Logan Services was answered, the process of replacing my furnace and AC was smooth and as painless as buying a new system can be. Ryan came the same day and walked us through options for our home with a friendly, knowledgeable attitude. He got the financing completed quickly and set us up for installation. The very next day Clay, Danny and Garrett showed up right on time and got busy. They worked with professionalism and care, keeping the house clean and the install top notch. Any questions I had were satisfactorily answered and the install looks great. Best of all, we had heat again! Logan Services and their people are 5 stars across the board. Thank you!
