Orkin crew returned for a second service after a resurgence of termites in a smaller earlier treated area. They were quick to honor their contract agreement with no hassle, no delays, knowledgeable and thorough technicians. Something that equally impressed me was the Corporate Account Manager came out with the technicians.

Jasmine was an excellent technician. She was very well informed, she double checked everything calmed my nerves reassured me. And she was very patient to make sure that I understood everything.

He was getting behind the bushes to make sure he treated every nook and cranny, even though everything was wet from the rain. I am thankful for the attention he gave to my home. Mike was great. Friendly and informative. I had a nest of Bald Face Hornets. He told me what he was going to do and did it. Sent me photos of before and the inside of the removed nest . I am very happy with his service and the followup to come. Price included one year coverage plus removal and protection for not just the hornets but wasps and some other pests.

Whoever comes out always does a great job today. It was Stephen Stephan maybe either way he did a wonderful job. He left a wonderful message explaining everything in detail and when I called it was just I think yesterday so he got here.
