5 STARS PLUS... I am sooo glad I chose Terminix. Chuck inspected my house, sprayed and filled in some gaps in my bricks, explained what was done and why. Took the time to tell me about the granules he will put in my flower beds to keep bugs out...very very impressed and would recommend Terminix for any of your bug issues.

George was professional, thorough, and an effective communicator. He was prompt and utilized both of our time efficiently. His explanations were supported by photos, and I easily understood the treatment. Thank you!

Orkin was incredibly prompt, transparent, and helpful in helping us mitigate a termite issue before it reached our house! We so appreciate our inspector's thoroughness and clear communication. The team of technicians that completed our job THE NEXT DAY were timely, polite, and left no trace. 10/10 would recommend them every time.

Orkin crew returned for a second service after a resurgence of termites in a smaller earlier treated area. They were quick to honor their contract agreement with no hassle, no delays, knowledgeable and thorough technicians. Something that equally impressed me was the Corporate Account Manager came out with the technicians.

Jasmine was an excellent technician. She was very well informed, she double checked everything calmed my nerves reassured me. And she was very patient to make sure that I understood everything.

Very happy with the service. Sean has great communication and listened to my concerns. He made a trip back to my home to check out a concern I forget to tell him about on his first trip. He sprayed to area and gave us direction on how to proceed. He stated if I see anymore activity, to call them and they would come back out. I am happy to have such great, honest and customer friendly service. I highly recommend Sean and Essential Pest Control! .

This was our first service call with Essential Pest Control. We are new to the area and want a good, reliable pest control. We researched and looked at reviews. We chose Essential Pest Control because of the positive reviews. Zach was our Service Technician. He is very professional and friendly! It was a pleasure speaking with him and the service he provided was outstanding! We made the right choice! We are on the quarterly plan and very pleased with this decision.

The sales rep was effective without being pushy; I enjoyed our conversation. The tech showed up when he said he would; he was also both professional and personable. ...and my dog liked both of them too. Time will tell how good the treatment works, but this company is off to a good start with us.
