LINDEN STOP-N-LOCK REVIEWS

We used Linden Stop and Lock for about 4 months after moving across the country. The staff were super helpful and informative, we felt like our items were safe and we had access to move in and out easily. They did their best to get us a unit close to the front so we had fewer trips in and out, which was above and beyond. After we cleaned out the unit, we ended up leaving one small item behind, and they called and kept it safe for us until we could come pick it up, again, above and beyond. I know they did not have to do this for us. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I moved here years ago from North Carolina and had to get a storage here at least people were extremely helpful and very nice courteous one time I went to my storage and the brakes went out on my car and the man who was working there at the time was aware that I was working on my car and he stayed 2 hours after the gates locked to make sure I got out of the gate he didn't have to do that I have referred several of my friends and two of my cousins to this storage unit they're the best in East Dayton.

So, a review should be asked for after checking out. However, the check-in process was pleasant. I can't really review the entire experience until I've completely finished renting the storage unit.

Serenity was awesome helping me transfer from one unit to another. She contacted her manager on my behalf to allow me to rent a more suitable unit at the same rate. Serenity was the only one at this location that listened to my concerns and acted to exceed my expectations... bottom line...she is an outstanding individual who kept her word. Many Thanks! Scott.

I would recommend public storage tried two other storage facility’s earlier that day it was long drawn out process I called and talked with Robert at public storage had me a unit in bout 10 mins and they have pretty descent rates.

Amazing visit! Andrea was the sweetest person I have ever met. She made my day so much brighter. You should give her a raise she is the best.

Kevin was super helpful in getting me set up with a storage unit to best fit my needs and very friendly. The storage unit was perfect, very clean and maintained well. Very pleased with my experience being able to get a unit on short notice with ease.

The customer service whenever I call has been very professional & personable every time. They helped me determine the best size storage unit for my needs & answered my questions clearly about the contract & move in access. It was a smooth process.
