Went in with a gaming laptop (MSI Raider 2021) Windows 11 boot error and desired giving it some maintence as cpu tempuratures kept getting too hot as well. These guys definately did a good job and give a 90 warrenty as well. Only thing that may have been a pet peeve is that they didn't wipe off quite a bit of dirt at the end of the pick up period, but overall they brought it back to life and the laptop no longer gets anywhere near as hot as it did as well with much smoother performance.

You guys are amazing! Thank you Hong and you guys for everything, they made it clear and transparent with me! You guys are the best! Saved my career and my mac book.

Everyone freaks when they realize their computer needs repair. I found these guys on Yelp, and I'm so glad I did. I had a broken power jack (which is a common problem in laptops). I had gotten a variety of prices/times for repair, so I was very happy to meet these guys. No BS, no upsell, no fear-factor.

I called Quick Fix because I could not sign into my Outlook account. They set me up with an appointment within 2 days. The young technician knew exactly what to do and quickly retrieved my password. I had tried everything for about a week and also enlisted friends and family to help. For a very reasonable fee they had me up and running again. I was having issues with Microsoft excel on my MacBook Pro. Another computer repair company recommended Chris for apple products. I have spent over a week and many hours trying to fix the issue myself unsuccessfully. Chris was able to fix the problem within an hour and right in front of me. He was super informative throughout the process. I actually learned a lot from him. I highly recommend.

Turns out my laptop was fine and not broken like I'd thought, but Chris (I believe?) was still helpful when he pointed this out, and did not charg me for having him briefly look at it. I really appreciated it and will definitely come back if I encounter any other tech issues.

Fantastic job! My custom build had water damage, Chris saved what he could and built me an absolutely gorgeous computer in just a few days. Will be coming back any time I need repairs.

Honestly, really great service. My pc had water damage, I had spilt soda over the top vent, he was able to to diagnose it than and there. He ordered the part it needed and had it back to me in 3 days very knowledgeable, respectful, and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending his services to friends and family.
