Best Storage Units in Long Beach

Excellent customer service. Erin Love actually went beyond and searched other venues to match my requirements but ended up getting storage here nonetheless. Move-in vehicle was complimentary and came through. The whole process was seamless; highly recommend it.

I would like to thank the staff at US Storage. When I was looking for extra storage for my daughter they were a great help and offer me a discount since I already had one. I would like to say this storage place is always clean.

Lavonne was extremely helpful. She helped me with the storage unit that I need. I needed to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger one, and she helped me find a bigger one at a very affordable price. I like this place is very clean with affordable prices, and the customer service is excellent.

Extremely pleasant experience!! I’d give them a few extra stars if possible. Yolanda was amazing since the initial phone call! She knows exactly what she’s doing and is doing it effortlessly definitely need to keep her on the team! Nick was very patient and polite the first day I came in to look at the units available. Alexis was attentive and just as polite. This cube smart team is top tier! Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service with very friendly and professional staff from the time I entered the facility until I left. The units were clean and freshly painted. Pricing is more than reasonable. Security is on point so I dont have to worry about my belongings being stolen.

Found staff Miss Cindy is very professional & outgoing. She answered all of my questions& took the time to point everything out. The facility is very clean & lighting is very bright. Great Self-Storage! We have used a few over the years. This one by far is the best we have ever used. Convenient location, very clean, and excellent security measures in place. We were able to complete an application, select a unit, and get our security code all online! I had called other places that online appeared to have availability, but actually had nothing and only could get on a wait list or persuaded into a different size unit. Very pleased. The onsite manager, during business hours, is very pleasant and helpful! Highly recommend!

The folks at Extra Space Storage on Carson are some of the finest, most helpful, and considerate people around. Brian, Rosa, and the staff are not only available to assist with the basics but are extremely willing to work with their customers to help fit specific needs. They put evident effort into maintaining a facility that ensures the security of its customers and their belongings, they are diligent when it comes to cleaning, and they are respectful of others' space, all of which is greatly appreciated (especially during this pandemic). They offer excellent services, including dropping off packages directly into your unit for convenience. They are trustworthy and care a great deal about their customers and the space they provide.
