We found Lisa-Marie more than 2 years ago to help us with our reactive dog. We tried everything else and multiple other trainers and nothing else worked. Training with Lisa-Marie has allowed us to attend numerous group classes and pack walls which helped our dog’s reactivity immensely. We enrolled our second dog into training as well and are so glad that we did. The two of them are much more confident and obedient pup which has improved their and our lives! We can enjoy activities together and give them more freedom to be dogs.

Lisa Marie has been so helpful with our dog, Tofu. We have a very anxious high energy dog with the attention span of a gold fish and are already seeing some signs of improvement with her! It’s just a matter of staying consistent and putting what we have been learning into every day practice. She’s very knowledgeable and patient and shows that she truly cares and loves what she does. I’m looking forward to seeing my dog continue to grow and learn with her.

I first came to Alex looking for help with my severely reactive/agressive dog. Walks were unenjoyable as we had to avoid any dog that was in proximity to us. I knew this was behavior that I couldn't train out of her without the help of a professional. When we first started training with her, I couldn't come within 40 feet of another dog without my dog completely losing it. She personalizes her training sessions with you based on what you feel your dog needs or how far they have progressed since the last session. She will answer phone calls when you're in a panic and just need advice on what to do or what you could/should do next time. She provides you with the necessary tools for you and your dog to be successful, you just have to be committed to putting in the work outside of training. We worked extensively with Alex to correct our leash reactivity and aggression towards dogs and I cannot thank her enough for the help she gave us and continues to give us. I look at my dog and wonder where she went because she has become such a different dog since I adopted her. It truly has been amazing to watch her progress and see her now be able to interact with dogs and play at doggie day care. You and your dog can be success stories too! Alex helped us with an aggression problem we had with our rescue dog that we thought was completely insurmountable! She provides you with the tools you need to train your furry family members. She also gives you an understanding as to why your pet is “misbehaving”. She is fun to work with and she has a love for dogs that is a joy to see. Alex is the best! Our pup Roo was sooo high anxiety when we first started meeting with Alex. In just a handful of sessions, he is fully crate trained, considerably less anxious, and has built up tolerance for a lot of stimuli he struggled with! So grateful for the help and support.
