Had backed up plumbing where water was coming back up from the bathtub. Called them and they came out first thing next morning. Gave a fair quote and ended up costing less than the quote since they didn't have to break concrete to fix issues. Andy told me everything that should be done moving forward but wasn't pushy about it which I appreciate. Both Andy and his partner were polite, honest, and worked fast. They cleaned up everything afterwards as well. They were also able to offer no interest financing for 15 months which was great. the office staff was great as well. They gave me different options on financing. Also gave warranties on their work. I will be using them again in the future for sure. Thanks again Andy (and your partner as I didn't get his name)!

Jose Ochoa did an amazing job unclogging our bathtub drain! He was professional, punctual, and super friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything running smoothly in no time. He also took the time to explain what caused the clog and gave us some great tips to help prevent future problems. We really appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. I'm not a big reviewer but felt it was necessary to shout out good work when it's done well! The Beach plumbing team just completed a pretty extensive job at my new property and they couldn't have been more lovely to work with. Edwin did our initial inspection and estimate and worked with us to ensure we were getting everything we needed at a fair price. The team who worked on the house (Robert, Richard, and K) were amazing. So communicative, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done (starting on time each day, and even staying late). Given our scope of work I'm hopeful we won't need plumbing services for quite a while, but Beach Plumbing would be my first choice in vendors for any future jobs!

The most pleasant on-site plumbing consultation/estimate I’ve ever experienced. Matthew showed up on time, and was so personable and polite. He intently listened to my concerns and patiently answered all my questions. His explanations were so thorough and thoughtful. Though the estimate provided was a bit higher than others, I had no doubt this was because of the quality of workmanship going into the project as well as the guarantee you’d be well cared for as their client both during and after the project was completed. Edwin was the best! Our bath tub was draining slowly and we thought it was clogged. Turned out our stopper was a little stuck partially closed which he fixed super fast and didn't even charge! We will use Beach Plumbing in the future and always ask for Edwin!
