I was very pleased with the quality of service. The technician who came was very professional. He first came to diagnose the problem with our Gaggenau refrigerator. He came back with another technician a few days later with the parts to fix the problem. They also cleaned the freezer, cleaned up the area where they worked and took out all the trash with them. The price was very reasonable, less than half the quote I received from another repair company. I will only use Mr. Appliance for all my future repair requirements and will highly recommend their service to anyone.

I was very happy with my experience with Mr Appliance. All my interactions with them from scheduling the appointment to communicating with the office were professional and timely and the technician who worked on my washing machine was extremely knowledgeable and very nice to deal with.

Our Gaggenau refrigerator’s ice maker suddenly stopped working. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Mr Appliance to diagnose problem. The ice maker had failed and needed to be replaced which they were able to do two days later. Technicians were knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend their work.

DIAL APPLIANCE SERVICE REVIEWS

I had an issue with my GE gas drier. I contacted dial through their web page because of many good reviews on my neighborhood Facebook page. I received a call back later that day and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The service tech call 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time saying he was ten minutes away. He arrived on time had the part and was done within one half hour. I am very happy with the service and professionalism. I highly recommend Dial appliance repair.

Igor was the best! He clearly knows what he’s doing! He explained how the stove worked and even brainstormed possible venting solutions with me. All around Dial is where I go for all my appliance repair needs. The staff in the office is wonderful and so knowledgeable and they always get it right. I recommend them to all my friends. I’ve used Dial for many years and I’ve only had the best experiences.

Bought a Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher from PC Richards which was still under warranty. It wasn’t working. They kept sending their own techs who were not familiar with the machines. Finally got them to send someone who was actually trained, who came from Dial Appliance. Diagnosed it properly on first visit, ordered the correct parts, and fixed quickly on his return visit. They were able to give me next day appointments both times. Their service was excellent.
