I bought a used PC for cheap and it had some issues so I brought it to AITS and Mike was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and experienced as well as friendly and polite. He was able to make informed suggestions for service at a fair price that he stuck to. The entire experience was very easy and they’re transparent about everything they’re doing to your machine and get permission first. I was able to drop it off on a Thursday morning and get it back with new parts and ready to use before Saturday afternoon. Would recommend and would go to again if the need arises. Great work and great people.

Mike was great! He responded quickly. We connected over the phone and I shared what I needed done. He provided a realistic estimate in a short amount of time. We scheduled a time to drop off my laptop and I had what I needed in less than 24 hours. Great service, very informative. I will be bringing another laptop in soon as well. I highly recommend Advanced IT Solutions. Mike also added some security on my laptop that I didn't previously have and educated me on how to keep my computer running smoothly.

Very good experience with Mike. He is patient and very precise in his instructions. Being a novice and hitting very close to eighty, I will encourage any senior novice use his service. Well worth the price. He is setting up my new laptop to fit my needs and using my old laptop files and photos to keep my history. Any new user will learn the knowledge to help keep the frustration at a low level.
