Juvix The Tech Guy

I LOVE THIS SHOP, I went to Juvix recently for the first time for a computer issue and they had great communication, updated me, and were very professional yet also friendly. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to talking to strangers but the vibe is very chill. They are worth the trip if you have an issue AND the best part, they aren't very expensive. I only had to pay 40 dollars for my computer issue, honestly recommend this place.

Turned out, my laptop issue was pretty simple and I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. I was even impressed with the etiquette - when I came in, the worker at the front desk was on the phone, but still took a second to acknowledge my presence. But before he could deal with me, someone came from the back to help me and I was on my way. Overall, very helpful and friendly and will gladly trek out there for my computer needs.

Did my research. I visited Rotunda location. Very professional staffing. Parking was excellent, 45 min parking available. Unfortunately my computer needed lots of work because of age. But they got it up and running so I can still use it. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.
