Phil is really amazing. He seamlessly combines expert knowledge with a true focus on what the customer is trying to get to. He taught me & Diane a lot of useful information while he was solving our problems. AND he was very patient and respectful of our many questions, no matter how poorly framed. Highly recommended, and we now know who to go to for all things computer.

The folks at Patriot are awesome!! I took my old computer in to see about upgrading it. Jason looked at it and called me back the next day. He was perfectly hones with me and gave me some options. I could tell he had my best interests as he was explaining the options and not just the store's. All this was done with NO CHARGE! Where else do find that! Although I may not have them work on my "anchor" they will have my business in the future! 25 stars if I could give them.
