Very polite and helpful in what I was looking for in a storage unit. Took care of me over the phone. The storage unit was clean and in a perfect area. Price of the unit is perfect for my price range. I did pay for the full year in advance if you can afford it it is the best way to go. I would recommend Extra storage.

I came in to rent a trailer, and Tony was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the start. Although they didn’t have the exact size I was looking for, he offered a larger one as an alternative. Unfortunately, it ended up being too big for the narrow roads we planned to take, so I had to return it. Tony completely understood the situation, took the trailer back without any hassle, and didn’t charge me. The service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and customer-focused. While it was disappointing that the trailer size I needed wasn’t available, Tony and the U-Haul team made the experience as smooth as possible. Highly recommend working with them!.

Tony and Kyle have been outstanding. From the first day that I walked through the door, they have been so accommodating and have gone out of their way to make sure that my rental experience was great. Appreciate all the help and it’s been because of them that I will continue renting from Security..

Tony was a pleasure to work with regarding my U-Haul truck pick up. He took care of everything for me and made the whole process so easy! Very trusting individual as he spotted my wallet and returned it with all of my cash still inside it.

I could not have beenhapier with the service I received. Kelly, my rep was so helpful and accommodating when she carefully listened to my needs . I ended up with a unit that was better and more affordable and also could store my car. This is clearly a home grown organization ( manager lives on site!) that really cares about their customers and quality of service . Highly recommend!!.

I have had my stuff in this storage space for several years and have had zero issues. I am getting another one at the end of this month since it’s been easy to work with Storage Direct off Washington blvd. I recommend if you want a good safe storage unit this place is awesome.

The staff is friendly and always helpful when I need any information. . I’ve been at this storage facility for over two years and have had no problems entering and exiting.
