3 Best Security Systems in Roseville, CA

We had put off getting security for our home for a long time, but decided to look into it. We reached out to two services, one being Bright Home Services. Jesse from Bright Home got back to us right away and set up an appointment for the next day. The other vendor never returned our call! Jesse came to the house, explained our options, looked over our layout and made recommendations. He explained the option of purchasing the equipment up front, with very reasonable monthly fees for monitoring. His demo was excellent and he answered all our questions. We opted for the up-front purchase. He then asked if we wanted to schedule an installation for Saturday, which was the next possible installation day (this was a Tuesday) and we said we couldn't because we were leaving town on Saturday for a week. Jesse, realizing how much comfort we could get if he could somehow get his installer there prior to Saturday, got on the phone and was able to rearrange another installation so John, his rock star installer, could get us all set up prior to leaving for a week. We really are impressed and happy with Bright Home and the fact that it's a local company is just icing on the cake.

Jessie at Bright Homes Services came to our rescue after our master panel box stopped working. We called several alarm companies and either they did not call back or were not interested in helping us with the repairs. So thankful that We found Bright Homes Services. Jessie had an excellent technician (John) out the next day and had our system up and running. They were very friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. They went over and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied. I totally recommend Bright Homes Services. It was refreshing to see such wonderful customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Thank you again Jessie and John!!.

Jesse at Bright Home Services is a TEN!!! We had such a great experience with him and could not be happier with the product: we purchased an alarm, cameras, and doorbell from him. Jesse is knowledgeable about his product and the other products in the market. He truly cares about his clients and wants what is best for them - he takes the time to educate them and gives an honest professional option as to where they should (or should not) invest their resources.
