My mother recently passed and I needed help figuring out what to do with regards to handling her remains. Well, five stars is too low a rating for these guys. Very kind, attentive, and understanding of any questions you may have. Communicating through the whole process was great, and the selection as far as services and burial vessels was really good as well. Even for someone on a limited budget like myself. I spoke with Destiny regarding my father’s cremation and she has been wonderful throughout the entire process. Taking care of my father’s affairs made me difficult to get ahold of, yet she called daily with updates. I can’t express how thankful I am for her for making this experience so easy and calm. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who is dealing with the passing of a loved one to work with Lambert’s. All of the staff were kind and sensitive. We had the pleasure of working directly with Emilee who went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly with my dad’s cremation and celebration of life. She offered helped with and took care of details that would have been yet an additional thing on our family’s to do list. This enabled us to focus our attention on out of town family and other bigger issues. The day of the celebration of life was very professionally organized, all the technology was managed by the staff so our relatives in Ireland were able to witness my father’s service in real time. I take comfort in knowing that Lambert’s will be there when the time comes we find ourselves mourning the passing of another loved one.

I think it's important not to leave your love ones with your funeral expenses. Lambert is part of the Dignity network which was a big selling point for me. Diane Meyer was thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable and I recommend her to everyone.
