We had a positive experience with Capital Landscape and especially with Cory, our project manager and David, our foreman. They were both very attentive and skilled and fixed any issues that came up, in a skillful and timely manner. We would love to work again with them both, on future landscaping projects at our home in Cameron Park.

I initially reached out to Bright Homes because we just had purchased a new build, and the backyard was a HUGE priority to finish as I have dogs, and we were in the middle of winter. I worked with Brianna for my backyard design, and we made it very clear we had a limited budget which she was able to keep us within. We initially had a meeting at the house prior to getting the keys so we could start working on the design and she could get a visual of the space. After that, we had a workshop meeting where we discussed our vision, and she was able to give us additional ideas that we weren’t privy to. A week passed and then we met where she presented a CAD of the backyard design with options to remove or add items with our budget in mind. This was extremely helpful because every add-on was so transparent with a price next to it, so we felt extremely comfortable with our choices as we didn’t have an end sticker shock. Once we had approval from the HOA, I reached out to Brianna, and she came the next day for a site meeting with the site supervisor as well as two of the guys who would be working on the project. The next day they broke ground, and it took a total of 10 days to complete the whole job. I am so pleased with the work done and Brianna’s communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. Our next-door neighbors saw our backyard and asked who did the work and I provided Brianna’s info to them, and they are now working together.

I have done two projects with Bright Home Landscapes, my front and backyard. I've worked with Brianna for both, and she has far exceeded our expectations each time. Brianna is a visionary, she takes not only our wish list and thoughts into account, she also has an uncanny ability to absorb your personality and style into her designs based on only a few conversations.
