Had a tablet that wouldn't charge. Decided to try Patriot Computer Solutions. Jason was on the phone working with a very happy customer (could hear her excitedly thanking Jason for fixing whatever issue she had). When he finished his phone call he came right over to assist us. In less then 5 minutes he was able to clear some debris from the charging port using some tools and compressed air. He was kind, professional, and saved us from needing to buy a whole new tablet. Jason was a huge help! I called and asked if he had any M.2 screws for sale. Since I bought a new ssd but couldn’t install it without that screw. He told me to come on by and he would help me out. When I arrived he greeted me and told me I could have the screws for free since he had some laying around. Very generous of him! I will be back! Thanks again.

Friendly, personal, honest service. Spent a lot of time checking my laptop here, then took it to the shop--for what turned out to be an autopsy, and broke the news to me quite gently. They didn't charge me for something that wouldn't be worth it. It's the best service I've experienced in a long time. (I'd bust another computer just to see them again, but you should instead.
