I’m thrilled to share how wonderful Birmingham Academy of Dance has been for my daughters. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring, making each class both educational and fun. The studio fosters an environment where every dancer feels valued and encouraged to grow. From the friendly staff to the supportive atmosphere, B.A.D. is truly a gem in our community. My daughters have blossomed not only in their dance skills but also in confidence and teamwork. I highly recommend B.A.D. to anyone looking for a top-notch dance experience.

Birmingham Academy of Dance was an answered prayer when we were looking for a new dance home after relocating to Alabama. Four years later it continues to be my daughter’s safe place and escape. The instructors pour into these dancers and give them more than just top notch dance training— they are providing them with life skills, confidence, love and support. This studio is our second family. We have found a home at Birmingham Academy of Dance.

We have loved being a part of B.A.D for the last five years. My daughter started when she was five and has grown so much as a dancer. She dances over 15 hours a week and never complains about going. If it was up to her, she would be there every single day dancing. The group of girls that she dances with and their moms are all amazing and truly have become family.

THE POINTE DANCE ARTS REVIEWS

Our girls just started dance classes here in August and they absolutely LOVE it! It’s such a welcoming, clean, and kid-friendly dance studio. Their dance teacher is great with the entire class and we love the fact that we are able to watch them on the screens without disrupting/distracting the class.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pointe. The staff are all so accommodating with anything we need, and always so kind. My daughter absolutely LOVES Mrs. Lorin, her teacher, and can’t wait to see her each week. I also love that I can watch my daughter on the screen outside her class and don’t have to wonder if she’s safe or having a good time, that was my biggest concerns when making a decision on which studio to choose.

My littles take dance classes here every week! They both seem to really enjoy their teachers. Everyone is so warm welcoming here. If you want to put your kids in dance classes, the pointe dance arts is the best place.

My wife Stephanie and I came in before our wedding to learn a dance routine. Caroline was our dance instructor and we were SO thankful! From the beginning to end she was more than helpful and patient, teaching us our steps from start to finish. We had five lessons and enjoyed them all! I highly recommend you ask for Caroline; I promise you won't be disappointed!!! Sending pictures soon.

Jackie is amazing to work with! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our first dance lessons. I loved her choreography, and she is a great teacher. Even with a tight time frame before the wedding and a cancelled lesson due to sickness, Jackie worked efficiently so that we both felt confident dancing on the day of.

Jackie is wonderful! I came here with my fiancé to learn some choreography for our first dance and she was great to work with. We liked her so much, my dad wanted to set up a lesson for the father daughter dance. Highly recommend.
