Quanette gave me a prenatal massage, and she was amazing. She was so soothing from the moment I met her, and she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve been a little anxious throughout pregnancy, and this made me feel so relaxed. All of the discomfort I have been having was so much better when I left. Would 1000% go and use her again!

Orrin was probably my one of the best masseuse I ever had. It’s really hard to shut off my mind and I was so relaxed I might have drifted off for a min or two. Love the facility and experience! The only drawback was I never received my beverage that I requested. Other than that it was an amazing experience.

Jill was exceptionally knowledgeable about lymph drainage and its benefits, particularly in relation to infertility. Her expertise in visceral manipulation was evident, and I felt reassured knowing that she has helped many families conceive after struggling with infertility. Oh what a lovely time at The Retreat Day Spa! Today was my first time having a facial and massage, and I absolutely loved it! I had Astrid Falcon for my facial and she is wonderful! She is so nice, informative, and is very comforting! She does beautiful work and even gives you her suggestions afterwards to maintain the work she’s done. I also had Heather Kendrick for my massage, and she was great too! That massage was very refreshing! I loved my entire day and I highly recommend them!

The Retreat is probably the best spa in the Birmingham area. The staff are always so personable and professional. I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, the only thing I would change is that I should have done 90 instead of 60. They have amazing products and it is always so clean and relaxing.
