Wonderful, highly professional and very intelligent the doctor and his assistants!!! I was impressed by the way my problem was handled and resolved!!! I came from New York to NC about 1 year ago and I am highly impressed with the medical care provided by the doctors and their medical assistants in North Carolina!!! Dr Polley and his practice impressed me even more!!! They valued my time and my problem and handled it with confidence and respect.

Went in and was acknowledged, check in was fast and smooth and had a short wait. Everyone was very nice. Meeting Dr. Polley was a pleasure, he got to my diagnosis and was pleased on what I was told and has wonderful bed side manners. And would highly recommend his services, and I left with a smile.

Very nice staff from in processing at the front desk to nurse care, Arlene was the best, and prep for Dr Polley exam. Dr was very good with patient interaction and making you feel comfortable with procedures. Would recommend their service for dermatology referrals and visits.

I developed a place on my left leg and my wife found him for me. I honestly have to say the entire staff deserves 10 stars. They are personable and very professional at the same time. Dr Sshereff is very good and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this.

Dr. Shereff is a caring and extremely knowledgeable dermatologist. I have been his patient for 50 years and will continue seeing him. He is kind, and has a good sense of humor! He is your best resource for skin care and skin cancer. You won't have any regrets.

Dr. Shereff has treated me for 17 years. I have recurring skin cancers due to a autoimmune disease. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I have received. His staff is wonderful.

Upon entering the reception area, I was greeted with such polite voices welcome me into the office. I was Extremely impressed with the front reception personnel. I completed my paperwork online which sped things up and I got back very quickly. The medical assistant went over my medical history in depth which I loved so when the Dr came in she was versed in my reason for being there. Then the Dr came in and she really had the bubbliest personality and went above and beyond in her treatment that day! Hands down Best Experience Ever in a medical office.

The timeliness and efficiency of the office was over the top. I was ushered into the waiting room on time for my appointment. The doctor entered within 5 minutes for my examination and completed her assessment within 10 minutes. I felt that the exam was extensive, so I left feeling positive about the experience. Doctor Neal and her assistant Kim were friendly and professional in their encounter with me. All in all, I would recommend this practice to others.

My experience at Carolina Skin Care was exceptional! The front Office Staff, and all the Medical Assistants and Providers are friendly and professional. My Provider, Doctor Neal, took her time and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely continue my course of treatment with Carolina Skin Care, and I will refer all of my friends and family to them as well.
