I was searching for a transportation for my dog, Bailey and I to go to his veterinary clinic and I came across Leash and Collar Pet Care. They have honest and fair pricing after searching through so many others. Dee Murdock was amazing with how she handled meeting Bailey and how she let him be his curious self with new smells. You can really tell this company is not just about making the money but focuses more on the client and the fur babies! They do so much more than just transportation and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They honestly care, and that’s what sets them apart from the rest!

Dee is one of a kind, she will treat your dogs like her own. She gives them more than enough attention, she will work with you on scheduling and anything you need. She goes above and beyond to make sure your fur babies have a great experience! I know it can be scary trusting someone with your pups but Dee is 100% trustable. I have been using Angie with Joyful Pets Services since I moved to Lubbock in 2016. I never worry about my pets when I'm out of town because I know that she is taking very good care of them. She quickly responds to emails and text messages. I also never worry about anything being taken from my home. You can tell that she loves animals, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great pet sitter.

Joyful Pets Services is wonderful to work with! Angie did a great job and I was so pleased when she was able to work us in as a new client for a last minute trip. We have always used pet sitters in the past, but it can be stressful trying to find a new one when you move to a new town. Angie was wonderful with my dogs. She took care of my 7 year old dog and my new 10 week old puppy. She was completely understanding and patient as my puppy was still working on potty training. She is extremely professional and detail-oriented. She could describe my dog’s personalities and was sensitive to their needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs great pet care.
