I’ve been using Pools West for all my pool chemicals for the last year. Every experience has been positive. The guys are so helpful and knowledgeable! They have always made great recommendations and steered me in the correct direction when it comes to correcting my pool chemistry. The owner is always so patient and helpful and ensures you have a thorough understanding of the next steps. I highly recommend them for all of your pool needs.

I found some posts reference this business and just wanted to express my experience with them. They have put two pools and a hot tub in my home over the years. I found them to be very reliable, experienced, and have gone above and beyond for me when I have asked for help. I understand every business cannot satisfy everyone but I must say I have never had them be rude to me or fail to contact me when requested to.

The staff are all so kind and helpful, giving a small, hometown feel with amazing customer service.

Jay was excellent to work with, from design to completion. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Jay was able to walk us through design options. Throughout the process Jay would give us his recommendations based on years of experience in the business, what is best in Lubbock, and our personal needs. There were some slow times during the build process, but we were kept up to date, and unfortunately it is the times we are in with supply and demand. His team did an excellent job teaching us the equipment and how to care for the pool - this was out first gunite pool. I would highly recommend Jay for all your pool needs and we cannot thank him enough for our backyard oasis. The kids enjoy it every night.

Jay and his crew have done an outstanding job on our pool. From the moment we started planning Jay was so knowledgeable and down to earth about all of our pool expectations. He never tried to sell us more than we needed. Our pool came together very quickly and we were super impressed with how it turned out. Any time we have needed help or had a question he has immediately gotten back to us. I would hands down use Jay again and never think twice about recommending him!!!.

Highly recommend! Great quality pool, company was extremely easy to work with and helpful with any and all questions!.

BluePrime Pools has been taking care of our pool for twelve years. They are consistent, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. They have always been willing and available to help whenever we have any mechanical issues with the pool. They have also installed two liners, repaired cracks, and added a cover over the years. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!.

Have used Blue Prime for several years. Always attentive to details and do a wonderful job. Always take the initiative to identify and address any issues before they become a problem. Kade and team are awesome. Highly recommended.

Blue Prime takes excellent care of our pool, and Ryan is very responsive to any questions or unusual circumstances and has definitely bailed us out a time or two. Highly recommend.
