They are honest, courteous, dependable, efficient, and their work was always of top-notch quality. My service provider's name was Ed. When he came out, he diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed in an hour. He made me feel comfortable, kept me laughing, and was a professional at the same time. I love that they put customers first by meeting their needs. They are truly a company sent by God. Thank you, thank you, ...thank you.

This place is absolutely amazing! If you need any help with your HVAC, or plumbing, they are the people to go to! They serve rural cities outside of Lubbock. Great company! An amazing service! Donnie has come out for a lot of our needs and has done an incredible job as always.

Hart is a top notch team & company to work with! We are grateful for them. From the owner Keith, to their marketing manager James - the interactions with everyone in the company have been great. The wonderful office manager Lyssa arranged for Josh & James to come out to check on a few A/C things for us. They were both very thorough, professional, & helpful. We highly recommend.

The folks and service at Hart Heating & AC are the best. They care about their customers and it shows in their work. Keith, Brett, Jeff, Mike and the whole gang are there when you need them. Thanks very much for helping us out of a bind.

ON THE DOUBLE! HEATING & COOLING REVIEWS

Because I was so impressed with their previous installation of my Trane heatpump, I decided to go with On The Double again to install a Daikin minisplit in our sunroom. They did not disappoint! To make the air flow in our new sunroom most effective, there was only a narrow brick space above a window available. Impressively, Cody made it work. This guy deserves a medal for making it possible! I love the look and now we have a very comfortable sunroom year-round. Thank you Cody and team.

Where do I even start! We switched from regular AC/Furnace to a high end heatpump. From visitation for quotes until the project end, On The Double (OTD) has been professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic! If I could give 10 (not 5) stars, I would. They also left the area clean and organized. And gosh, I love the new system! If you plan on getting your system fixed or wanting a new system installed, I highly, highly recommend this locally owned company. Thank you OTD.
