The person who helped my boyfriend and me was very helpful and friendly, but I cannot recall their name. While we have only been renting for a few months, we are impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of everyone here and would definitely recommend it to other people.

Taylor did great helping us and giving us all the info we needed. She was super easy to work with and very nice! Gave us all the good deals as well and made the process super easy for us. Definitely a 10/10 experience!.

Trent and Sage were both kind and very helpful with any questions I had promptly and efficiently.

AFFORDABLE STORAGE LUBBOCK REVIEWS

I've had a really great experience with this storage place! I was a bit cautious as my parents had been screwed over on prices for storage previously, but when I called asking about storage Leo answered and was super helpful. He worked with me to find a storage unit that was best for me, even though I wasn't sure I'd be able to find one that I could afford and fit all of my things in. When we went, Leo talked us over everything in the contract and made sure it was all understood. I really appreciate the time he took to help me out and how he worked with me to find a great deal! I really recommend this place! They also have gates and a code you need to get in, and can go to your storage anytime from 6am-12am which is awesome.

Leo was the gentleman that assisted me and provided exceptional service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Facility is easy to navigate and is reasonably priced. Leo walked me through the whole process and ensured I understood payments (how everything was priced and the total) and any other details I needed clarification with. 10/10 experience.

I've used this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. Leo and Colton were absolutely amazing today. I couldn't have asked for beget service. Thanks for all yall do, you guys are great.

One of the best storage facilities I have ever rented from. Management is amazing, very kind and understanding. Great customer service! Rented from two other facilities in town over the years and ran into issues at both. I have been here now for over a year and don’t plan on leaving for as long as I need a storage unit.

John is awesome. Always super helpful and efficient. Over the years this location has been owned by a few different companies, and this is one of the better ones.

Great experience! John was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made our morning of moving so much easier. Definitely recommend!.
