3 Best Tree Services in Lubbock, TX

I've just come back inside after a good discussion with Rick Hildebrandt about our trees, and more importantly about what I perceived as poor communication from the company in regard to service scheduling. Let me say that at no time have the services I received from Hildebrandt Tree Tech been anything but top notch. The last service performed (systemic treatment of my oaks for scale) was performed last month and I was certain that it was scheduled without my input or knowledge. I had left a poor review in light of this perceived lack of communication. Rick came to talk to me personally to find out what the issue was. As it turns out, the communication error was on _my_ end, as I had simply missed the email they had sent me alerting me to the scheduled service. I've switched my communication preferences to text and expect no problems in the future. I recommend Hildebrandt Tree Tech highly and appreciate the personal service that I get from them.

I have used Hildebrandt/SavATree for almost 5 years and my trees are two and three times larger than the rest of the trees in my neighborhood. Their service has been excellent and they come when they say they will. They have always closed my gates, which is very important to me because of my dogs. My trees are so thick and lush! The hail did beat a lot of leaves off, but I still have very good shade from these trees. I highly recommend their services. Their products are wonderful.

We are very pleased with our experience with Flocy Tree Service. Our home owners insurance wanted overhanging tree limbs removed from our property. The company owner came to look at our tree and work was completed the following day. He was knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. He told me he was a certified arborist. Of the 3 bids we received his was in line with the other arborist I had used but he was able to do the work immediately.

Clean up was excellent and my tree’s look incredible. It’s hard to find great businesses these days and they are definitely great at what they do. During the storms, my tree lost a substantial amount of large branches. I called and they were able to get there within an hour.
