I had the best experience working with Happy Tails. We needed someone to help visit and care for my ailing grandmother's cat, Murphy. Murphy would anxiously wait by the door on the days Michelle and Reva would come and visit, knowing that he would be cuddled and brushed. Murphy’s life drastically improved, as did my grandmother’s, and mine since my mind was out at ease. The whole team is great to work with. A special shout out to Michelle who went above and beyond to ensure Murphy was well cared for.

First time having to leave my baby behind for a couple days. At first I was very apprehensive in the whole pet sitting idea. Leaving a key and trusting someone will come feed and take him out. I called Happy Tails and they were able to answer all my questions and help put my mind at ease. Our pet sitter JASMINE called us the same day to set up a consultation. She was extremely friendly and professional. My dog took to her right away and she even starting playing with him to calm him down. I left a very detailed schedule for Jasmine and requested daily text updates to see how our puppy was doing. Jasmine exceeded all our expectations, came home to a very happy, excited puppy. House was as clean as I left it too! I would definitely recommend Jasmine from this company.

I’m so appreciative of this company. Michelle took great care of our dogs while we were out of town. She played with them and sent us pictures every visit. It was reassuring to know that they were in good hands. Would highly recommend.
