EXTRA SPACE STORAGE EL PASO REVIEWS

Overall, I had a fast, easy, and smooth process when getting a storage unit. The person who helped us was new and we were her first customer. She did everything correctly and had excellent customer service. The store manager and one other employee were also there. They assisted when she needed it and werevery polite. Our unit had a layer of dust on the ground, but they came out and cleaned it when we had asked for a broom. (We were planning on doing it ourselves) All in all, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back/recommend!.

I’m very impressed by the clean and well maintained storage units and the super friendly staff. The store manager, Saul Soto in particular is very courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions clearly and in detail, made me feel that we’ve definitely made the right choice by going with Extra Space. The move in process was quick and smooth and the faculty is secure with easy access. All in all, a very pleasant experience!.

I recommend go this place for a storage it’s good pricing! Saul Soto was excellent on helping us today. He had good customer service! He provided all the information that we needed to hear ask for him because he was really helpful you won’t regret it:).

Fantastic customer support and service. Handled everything over the phone quickly and efficiently. It was an overall breeze, truly a pleasure to work with.

Ralph was very nice and gave great advise in regards of what size I needed for the storage unit. Definitely recommend.

I ended up renting a unit from her because of her kindness and efforts in information she provided to me. I greatly appreciate her and efforts as a customer as person and now as a friend. I went in today to rent a storage and Julia’s services were amazing. I explained to her what exactly I needed to storge and she right away knew what size would be perfect! She took us to see the storage and just as she said it was perfect! Great personality and very good in doing the process! Highly recommend!!

Julia and Anita were great. They assisted us with a storage unit and were very friendly. I’d recommend this place.
