Ricky was our technician today and he was professional, friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was clean. He asked if we had any question which was great because he wanted to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. He was so very thorough on everything. The administrators were Very helpful in coaching me through the process in getting a new water heater installed. The installer was mindful and even though he ran into some complications he worked past night fall to make sure everything was done properly and up to code.
