I had an amazing experience with Orkin! They have 24/7 hours. I called the customer service number late one afternoon and was able to set an appointment for the morning of the next day. David is my technician and he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He renewed my faith that customer service still exists! He showed up in the time window they provided in a truck that clearly displayed the company name. He explained the process and what to expect. The contract they provided was very clear. This was only my first contact with Orkin, but I am confident I will continue to be pleased.

Upon transitioning from another company, I can confidently assert that their services are of high quality. We had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, who demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. Her ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner was truly impressive. I highly recommend their services.

INTEGRITY PEST AND TERMITE REVIEWS

This is a good company. I was quite pleased with their response time and efficiency. The inspection report was delivered promptly (same day as inspection) and was relatively easy to follow. A bonus feature of their service is the offer to providing concierge services to help the customer transition to the new address at no additional cost. Will use again.

Very thorough inspection you definitely get what you pay for!! They look at every little detail. They provide pictures with explanations on everything. Our inspector Jeffrey was very informative and we were able to be there while he was doing the inspection.

Got my inspection done today, and report the same day! As a first time home buyer they made the process so easy and thoroughly checked everything. All while taking the time to explain in detail what the issue was and whom should repair it. Price for the value of work was just an added bonus! 10/10 recommend them!

Tony showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He was patient while I moved the dogs in and out for the service. This was our first treatment for weeds and initial indoor for pests just in case. So far, I am happy with the quick service and minimal disruption to the work day.

My technician that came out Charlie he was awesome. He was very friendly, very professional and very expedient. I greatly enjoyed meeting him and having him service my property.
