We have had our home alarm system and cameras for a short time but we are very satisfied with not only the product but also the customer service we have received. From Jackie at the office, Otto, Armando and Roman. They have all been very kind, friendly, and professional. They have answered all of our questions and leave us feeling at ease. They are fantastic at what they do! We 10/10 recommend.

He took the time to explain how everything worked, from the control panel to the app and I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. The app, is probably one of my favorite features. I can check in on my home from anywhere. Getting instant notifications if there’s any activity is comforting, plus, being able to arm or disarm the system remotely is convenient. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose ADT. It’s not just a security system, it’s peace of mind.

Vanessa Cuylar and the personal she put in place to change over our old system to ADt including new cameras were wonderful to deal with. Everything very professional. She walked thru with us suggesting and explaining what was needed and how it would work. The technicians were excellent and expressing and demonstrating the new devices.
