Saint Mark Catholic Church in the diocese of El Paso has grown into one of the biggest and youngest congregations. It has more than 2,500 families and nearly 4,000 children in the religious education system. Saint Mark Catholic Church started to mission around the neighborhood, welcoming the group to the Sunday mass that was first held in the rectory's living room and the elementary school Benito Martinez. The multifunctional building housed the offices, classrooms, and hall that served as the temporary refuge as the neighborhood continued to develop alongside El Paso's growing eastside.

Ysleta Mission is one of the oldest living and historic missions in the country. The church was founded in 1682, was built by the Tigua Indians. They are committed to live the Gospel and provide ministries and outreach that address the corporal and spiritual needs of the community. Ysleta Mission annual Festival and has recognized as one of El Paso's premier festival events that attract tens of thousands of music lovers and family fun-seekers to the historic grounds of the 337-year-old. The three-day festival event is held on the second weekend of July for nearly a century. Ysleta Mission's celebration is held in El Paso's historic Mission Valley, bringing together a dynamic mix of culture, music, arts and crafts, food, and games for the entire family. Ysleta Mission festival hosts a variety of live music performances that highlight the best local talent in El Paso and the southwest region.

Here’s The Deal:
St. Patrick Cathedral was built in 1917. The Cathedral is an artwork and one of the historical landmarks of El Paso. The church was designed by the St. Louis architectural firm Barnett, Haynes, and Barnett. The Cathedral was a magnificent expression of faith that provided Catholic worship with an uplifting atmosphere and an inspiring place for private prayer. The glass windows of the 20 West to East display the scenes of Jesus Christ; the glass is an antique German mouth-blown glass. St. Patrick Cathedral provides several different ways to return their talents and gifts of time to God.
