Saint Mark Catholic Church, situated within the Diocese of El Paso, has blossomed into one of the area's largest and most vibrant congregations. Originating as a mission within the neighborhood, the parish embarked on a mission to engage the community, initially hosting Sunday Mass in the rectory's living room and later at Benito Martinez Elementary School. With an impressive enrollment of over 2,500 families and nearly 4,000 children in its religious education program, the church has experienced remarkable growth. As the parish thrived, it successfully raised funds for constructing a multipurpose building, which reached completion in July 1996 and received blessings from Bishop Ochoa. This versatile structure accommodated various needs, including offices, classrooms, and a hall, serving as a temporary sanctuary as the neighborhood evolved alongside the rapidly expanding east side of El Paso.

SAINT MARK CATHOLIC CHURCH REVIEWS
This is one of the most beautiful churches I have attended. I love attending every Sunday to hear the weekly liturgy. It is very family oriented and kids friendly as it should be. The weekly mass is humbling and I love listening to the readings of the day. I also love the huge designed statue of the Virgin Mary located right outside the church. There is parking available for hundreds at a time.
You need to visit the Guadalupana virgen, it was made of cantera from Michoacán México, it is beautiful and big, She is located outside of the church.
Beautiful church with amazing people trying to do the work of the Lord. Located in El Paso's Upper Valley.
