I’ve visited the Krispy Kreme in Jersey City several times now, and each visit has consistently exceeded my expectations. This store offers an excellent selection of specialty donuts seasonal items. They even have options for different holidays or events (I’ve gotten Halloween themed donuts here), and the quality never dips, no matter how decorative or complex the offering.

Krispy Kreme keeps coming up with new donut ideas by the hour. Today, i ate a cinnamon bun at Krispy Kreme. The place is also so inviting, and I love that at the corner, you can see how they make the glazed donuts.

I Go to this DD about 2 to 4 times a week. My daily source of coffee throughout the work week. Service is great, coffee is fresh, and staff are friendly. I had an occasion where my coffee was not made correctly as it said on the cup. I didn't check and by the time I did I was already on my way. Upset over it I called the location to see if I can return or have the Coffee replaced. I spoke with Pete and explained my problem/ issue. I was surprised and over taken by The hospitality given by him. I did not expect anything of the phone call just a possibility of replacing or fixing my coffee. But, in return was a free coffee. Now this review is not because of the free coffee. This review was due to the service provided and how Pete went out his way to satisfy a customer/ customers. It was in a manner that now a days we don't see anymore. Thank you Pete! For changing my day.

Although it stays busy most of the day, it's one of the best staffed Dunkin Donuts in the area. They don't prohibit anyone from using their restroom which is a +. I find it helpful if you are looking to catch your breath and maybe get on Zoom real fast.

It is always busy when we come here. They always get my order correct and are quick and efficient. I personally love to see women running things beautifully. They are super polite.

Wow. Got a large cap, ginger tea, and a couple donuts, and everything was top notch. Cap extremely smooth, best I've had in recent memory. Tea was wonderfully spicy. Donuts managed to keep proper cake consistency even with real blueberries in them. Team behind the counter were awesome. Can't wait to be back in town for another round.

Love this place! It’s a tiny spot but the coffee is good and the donuts are amazing! Highly recommend the blueberry donut. Their drip coffee is also wonderful if you want something simple and easy.

The staff is always so friendly, and by the second time I started coming here, they somehow already knew my order. The coffee is fantastic, as are the croissants and doughnuts.
