I regularly use TLC Cleaners for dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring services. Starting with my first visit, they have always make me feel like a VIP customer. Their services are of high quality and they are prompt. Whenever I need extra help or a quick turnaround, they are there for me. I highly recommend using them.

Great service! I moved to the Westlake Village area, and this location has been great for us. The owner always greets everyone, and he is very service oriented. I recommend TLC.

Good price, great friendly people, and they had my clothes ready early! Beautiful - and they use all natural ingredients in their process; no "dry clean smell" in my pretty suit.

I have been taking my clothes here for years. The owners and/or their families are always there to greet you with a smile. I've not had any issues with the quality of dry cleaning and any alterations they have done were perfect. I highly recommend them!.

Mark and his team were truly unbelievable to work with! I am from the East Coast and was here for my daughter’s wedding 2 days before the event. I took him numerous items to be steamed, tuxes , dresses, bridesmaids silk robes, wedding dress with multiple layers of long tulle and appliqués. He was able to assure me that all would be done on time and it was!! Perfect condition of every single item! I thank him immensely! I was so nervous on who to trust with all these items and I hit the jackpot with North Ranch Cleaners and Mark. This review was totally unsolicited ! Bravo and thank you to him and his team.

Owner Mark is the face of the buisness and he pays attention to the details of all the production process and the counter. Mark is very knowledgeable about stain removal process and how to treat the delicate garments.
