I am so impressed with the staff and service at Storquest in Thousand Oaks. Evelyn was extremely friendly and walked me thoroughly to sign up for my unit. Asher was also extremely supportive and helpful as well. My rental unit is clean, convenient and very accessible. The hours of operation are great and the location is central and very convenient. I give both Evelyn and Asher the highest praise and 5 stars for their courteous and wonderful service.

I have never had a storage unit before, and if I ever do again, I hope it will be as spectacular as StorQuest! The facilities are immaculate, access is easy yet very secure, and all of the staff is wonderful! In particular Jesus, the manager and Asher… Give spectacular service and make you feel like family! After visiting several, Hollywood Storage stood out as the nicest by far—and they matched the best price I found elsewhere. I was so happy with the service and facility that I prepaid for an entire year to take advantage of a special offer, which included one free month for free. The facility is extremely secure, with a gated entry and excellent safety measures in place. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Their access hours are longer than any other storage facility I looked at, which makes it very convenient. The staff in the office are always friendly and kind—they even offer water every time I stop by. They also sell boxes, locks, and other moving supplies on-site, which is a great convenience. I’m very, very happy with my experience and will likely be upgrading to a larger unit soon to store more of my belongings. In my opinion, this is the best storage facility in the area!

This place from the time we walked into the door was exceptionally clean, organized, and very well maintained. The staff from their first look and words were friendly, direct, and honest. Our whole interaction from beginning to end was timely and efficient. They gave us access to multiple units with several choices. I have never used a self-storage as clean as this place, the staff as polite and understanding of our needs, and as eager to give us what we needed not what they wanted to sell us. I feel my property is 100% safe and secure. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This place is great, great price, great service, i feel like my stuff is secure, and the buildings are climate controlled which is perfect for those hot summer days.
