THOUSAND OAKS PLUMBING REVIEWS

I just wanted to say thank you to Thousand Oaks plumbing who bailed me out when my water supply line broke. They were very quick to respond and figure out where the incoming waterline break was. And then the next day they had a large crew come out and retrench for a new pipe. They had a challenging job having to dig up a hill and under concrete slabs, but they did a great job and expedited the work. I highly recommend them.

Stacie arrived on time and she took care of my clogged toilet with utmost professionalism. She is very knowledgeable and explained the process and gave me great advise and insight about how to keep this from happening. Stacie is really awesome at her work and it shows.

Miguel from TO Plumbing provided great service. He was on time, easy to talk to my issue with, gave me a couple options and pricing to consider without pressure, and performed the needed work perfectly.

We’ve called upon Lloyds many times over the past twenty or more years - only plumbers for our house! Today was a drain line snaking. Mario showed up right at the promised time, assessed the problem and offered the choices . After choosing he went quickly to work and was finished shortly thereafter. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise we now have a functioning kitchen drain. Mario is a very professional and personable person.

Lloyd’s was fantastic. First, thier website is amazing, intuitive and you can book a time online which I did, very simple and easy. Communication is also excellent as they confirmed the appointment over the phone and they use texting which I prefer. James and Matt came out, clearly explained what needed to be done (fix 2 leaks in a tankless water heater), and completed the job. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend Lloyds plumbing.

I had a great plumber (Rudy). He solved a tricky faucet problem. Professional, kind, knowledgeable. Afterwards, he did a free home integrity inspection and told me everything I should get fixed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I will call again if future plumbing issues arise.

Just had them out before a leak in the ceiling. Derrick had it fixed within about 15 minutes. Shower up on time, provided great service at a good price. Will definitely use again!
