Specialty:
" Maid VIP is a locally owned company that has over 12 year of experience in the industry. They specialize in post-construction cleaning. The team has trained and qualified cleaners who have passed a strict screening and registration process before employment. Their employees take pride in providing quality cleaning services to their customers. The team is equipped with the necessary cleaning tools and equipment to ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. They also remove deep-seated dirt, stains, and allergens from your carpets, leaving them fresh, revitalized, and healthy for your family and pets. They are committed to going above and beyond to meet the cleaning demands of their clients.
2026 Highlights: They’re a California domestic referral agency, not a cleaning company; they don’t employ cleaners; they vet them. Every professional they refer has sat through an interview, had their references called, passed a background screening, and shown them a current general-liability policy, which they verify again after the first visit. The quote is a single flat number for a written scope, provided before anyone is scheduled; it doesn’t grow if the visit runs long. Maid VIP has more than 200 background checks and seven offices from Malibu to Camarillo. They are the only house-cleaning service in the region publishing research with cited sources, including a DOI-archived report on California cleaning wages and law. The professional is independent, carries their own verified insurance, and stays the same person every visit. They offer $2M General Liability, $1M Professional Liability, Cyber Insurance, and a California Employment-Agency Bond; limits are published on the site, and the certificate is available on request. A written 24-hour re-clean policy applies to every referral."
