This company is by far THE BEST home/commercial security. Tim is terrific and provides very personal service . I don’t know if it’s because I’m disabled so they give me a little grace but it seems that’s the Mantra/ Mission Statement of the company -treat other as you would like to be treated . Debbie handles the office with professionalism and our account is always spot on. Never any fees you didn’t expect . We even pay quarterly so i don’t have to write a check every month. Scott was my installer and is my troubleshooter /trainer extraordinaire ! When i have even the simplest question he respond promptly and sometimes Tim graced me with his expertise . My install took about half a day . They also work with my lock smith , they run their security so that’s a plus if you ever get locked out you’ve got your security & lock people working together to get you back in . another plus no hassles because they both know legit it’s your house . Highly recommend Oak Security.

Purchased a camera and alarm system from Dial Security. They came out to my home and did a walk-through and gave their recommendations on how to best protect my home and family. The install wasn't as long as I had thought and they were able to schedule it right away after I confirmed. Their tech showed me how to use the system and app. I like the app they provided as well so I can check on things when I'm away. Thanks!.

Dial’s tech, Marucio, was very knowledgeable and professional. I sensed that the installation at my house was difficult, but he navigated the situation well and interfaced with the office to arrive at practical solutions. Very polite and with a demeanor that was engaging. Thank you for sending Marucio out on this assignment.

Just had APS install and set up in my second home with them. This home came with simplisafe, which just felt amateur, and was more trouble than it was worth. ADT came with an offer, but they were just way too pushy and rigid with what I should or shouldn't do with my own home. APS was just the right amount of professionalism, but not always trying to sell me on unnecessary stuff I didn't want. Installation and walkthrough was great. Glad I called them again.

APS is my go to security and low voltage company. They are professional, on time and guide you through all the steps in making the right decision for your needs. Their monitoring is top notch and i dont have to worry anymore about intruders. highly recommend!!.
