Bluegrass Cleaners always does an excellent job on our clothing. Quick turnaround, exceptionally friendly staff, and quality work. Today they went above and beyond. I’d dropped off a suit in a hurry, and completely forgotten to check the pockets. Within ten minutes of dropoff, I received a phone call in which the wonderful young lady informed me I had left cash and a check in the pockets. She quoted the exact amount of both. It would have been very easy to say it must have fallen out while I was carrying it in, or to simply say she hadn’t found anything in the pockets. But she was honest and upstanding, and did what a lot of people might not have. She has won my loyalty to this business for as long as I live in Lexington.

I was maid of honor for my friend's wedding. My grandmother had altered my dress for me, and she likes to use an old wood stove to heat her home -- so it came back smelling like a campfire. Two days before the wedding, I put my dress into the dryer with some dryer sheets in hopes of removing the smell.... and it came out of my dryer with some kind of crazy new oil stains and spots instead!! After much crying and freaking out trying to remove them myself, I contacted Bluegrass Cleaners and they fit me in pretty last-minute. The gentleman who helped me was very accommodating and kind. I got my dress back looking just like new the next day, and for a very reasonable price (and I say this as a broke college student)!! They saved the day for me, would absolutely recommend them.

They helped me get my son's suit pressed at the last minute! No one else would help me. Amazon was late delivering his suit for our formal pictures. I really appreciated how nice they were. Love this place!!
