I've been using them for over a year now and I have to say for the most part I've been extremely pleased not only with the job they do but with how promptly they correct anything that might have gotten missed. The administrative staff are always very polite and professional, warm and welcoming and the cleaning crew is professional and courteous.

I interviewed cleaning services for weeks, before I went with Merry Maids, I wasn't finding any other cleaning services that I liked. I'm very happy with Merry Maids! They are a little more expensive than some others but I assure you they are worth it. I will come home and everything is shining. I've had a crew come every 2 weeks for the last 9 months or so. The personnel change on most visits, but there's usually at least one person who's been here before. The crew members are always polite, professional, and thorough. They missed cleaning a mirror inside a closet door the first few times they came but as soon as I mentioned it, they've cleaned it every time. I'd highly recommend this service.

TCA has been cleaning my house for a little over a year now. They have great communication about any changes or issues with scheduling, and they do a great job. The cleaners are super professional but friendly at the same time. This last clean had the complication of bad weather in KY so my cleaning time kept slipping later in the day. But I had a meeting in my home that afternoon so I needed it to be finished by a particular time. I let them know my needs and they went above and beyond. They sent someone that is not part of their regular cleaning staff to start before the other cleaners could arrive and got it done. They totally accommodated me and I really appreciate that. We could have rescheduled and that would have been fine but instead they went the extra mile. They also did a great cleaning and I was happy to let guests into my home.
