My sister recommended Bone Dry so I gave them a call. I was quickly impressed by their professionalism and communications. We've had lots of bad weather and they were scheduled a few weeks out, but managed rescheduling me a couple of times, due to more bad weather, very personally as well as professionally. They kept me informed every step of the way and asked about my flexibility before assuming my availability. The best thing I found about them, was that they take your insurance adjuster's estimate and make sure their quote includes everything and then does their own inspection, and if they find more, they work with insurance for you! And they do the work for what your insurance will pay, making sure that all work needed is included. They are very professional and personable at the same time. They cleaned up their mess really well also, and they do the magnet drag to get rid of roof nails! Thanks to Bill Carroll, Miles Owens and the entire crew.

Great customer service and roof work. We had a portion of our ridge cap come off recently. They were able to patch it up earlier than expected, which was huge due to an incoming snow storm. Follow up was easy and they replaced the ridge cap, again earlier than expected, at a fair price. This business also offers a Veterans Discount. Great team here in Lexington, will recommend them and definitely call again should the need arise.

Highly recommend using Bone Dry Roofing. I had them replace to old leaking skylights, they were very fast and did an amazing job. Clean up after job was excellent, the two gentlemen that came were both friendly and professional. Won't use any other roofing company in Lexington again.

Angel was able to come out and take care of absolutely everything for us almost immediately. Great with communication, great personality, great workmanship. They took care of negotiations with our insurance provider and turned a patch repair that would have looked out of place into an entirely new roof. They even handled our siding for us! It was very hands off and low stress because of their efforts. If you're considering using United Contracting, go for it. I would recommend them to ANYONE who needs work done. Couldn't be happier with the situation and the end results.
