Gary Brierley was able to help troubleshoot and solve a system error on our panel, he found that the issue was not with the Bates System but internal and he made sure everything was back working before he left. Good communication with me throughout the troubleshooting process, which took multiple days. He was helpful, patient and courteous. Good technician and happy to have someone so knowledgeable taking care of our safety equipment.

We have had Bates Security for our home security service for 4 years . Excellent security service provider! We had an issue and appointment was scheduled quickly James T provided outstanding service! Checked everything , resolved the issue and did a great reminder of how we can be the most safe as we enter and exit our home! Really appreciated the personalized and professional service.

Our recent need for service was tackled by Seth Mayes. He did a superior job of arriving at a solution and driving the solution to completion. When the solution appeared to hit a snag, that didn't stop him. He continued to push through the snag, solve it 100%, thereby increasing the reliability and continuity of our security system. I really enjoyed this experience. It was seamless. I have been working with another company that wasn't getting the job done and had seen enough. When I met Will he assured me he could set up a security system that would fit my business needs. And he certainly did. Coty and his team set it up in a few hours, and it works great! He even walked my team through a tutorial and answered all of their questions. I highly recommend SilentGuard. You won't regret it.

I work ata church and Silent Guard did a wonderful job installing our new access control system. They were very polite, efficient and they worked around events that took place in our building while they were installing. They also made sure everything was up and running smoothly before leaving and made sure all of our questions were answered.

When we are out of town we can see what is going on around all the sides of our house. The resolution is amazing! I can control my security system, garage doors, gate and thermostat all from my phone. It couldn't be any more convenient!! The support is also amazing, as soon as our alarm is set off, they speak into our house to make sure everyone is ok and ask for the password. If there is no response they immediately call us!
